Returns Policy

Here at Cameo, we offer a money-back guarantee on products that are prescribed specifically for your skin concerns that have not achieved the desired result.

As your skin progresses the need for some ingredients may become redundant, therefore we would exchange a product for the formula your skin is needing at the time, and you would be charged for the amount used.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you have an unexpected or excessive reaction (note: as our products contain high-level active ingredients, your skin may experience a normal response to product or treatment that we will discuss prior and advise following). To investigate a skin reaction to a product, please supply photos as our product supplier companies require clinical visual evidence. Please supply photos via the Cameo Facebook messenger or email services@cameobeauty.co.nz

If a product is faulty (e.g. packaging ) please notify us and bring it in so we can send it back to the supplier and request a replacement for you.

If you have ordered online and your items arrive damaged please photograph and keep all contents including the packaging or parcel that the items arrived in and call or email us at services@cameobeauty.co.nz

In event that you have purchased the wrong product, this may be returned or exchanged in its unopened sellable state. We don’t however offer a refund on a change of mind but we will listen and endeavour to meet your needs.  

Gift vouchers are non-refundable, however, the value can be used towards any product or treatment we offer.
