When first visiting us, we require you to fill out a consultation form for several reasons including:
-To get a better understanding about you, your requirements, and preferences
-To personalise your products and services for you and your skin needs
-To inform us of any allergies, medical history, contraindications and your GP’s name and number in case of a medical emergency.

We will also store data about the products or services you purchase to create a detailed client history so that your skin and body treatment programs meet medical record-keeping legislation. In addition, we include information such as your therapist’s preference, your wish list, client referrals and whether you follow the Cameo social media.
If you receive marketing or promotional offers you do not wish to receive, please do not hesitate to email, or call us. You can also unsubscribe within the email if you have previously subscribed.
Cameo can process sales over the phone. Credit card details are keyed directly into the unit at the time of payment and no manual record of card details are made. We use Xero as our accounting programme and online payments are only reconciled by the owner.
