Salon Etiquette

Here at Cameo, we don’t believe more is more, we believe less is more. We prescribe to what the skin’s minimal health care needs are. We do not want to overwhelm you with products or information but simply guide you in the right direction. We believe correct ingredients and education is key for lasting and incredible results.

- Illness cancellation policy -

Due to Covid-19 regulations, if you are feeling unwell please stay at home and rest up! We care about your health and well-being and want to see you once you’re better. We require 24hrs notice prior to your appointment time, any cancellations within 24hrs may invoke a 50% charge as per our cancellation policy. 

- Cancellations -

We understand that everyone experiences changes of plans from time to time. However, in a busy salon such as ours 24 hours notice is required so that other clients of the salon have the opportunity to enjoy our services. A cancellation fee of 50% may apply for non-attendance as the therapist needs to be paid along with the business overheads.

- What if I am late? -

You will want to enjoy the full experience of a Beauty treatment. Unfortunately, arriving late will simply mean less time with us, so please ensure you arrive with some time to spare so that you can relax before your treatment. Your treatment will finish on time as to not disturb the next client’s appointment. 

- Confirmation -

We will send you an SMS reminder 24hrs before your appointment. Please reply ‘yes’ to confirm, or call us to reschedule. We will follow up on any unconfirmed appointments with a friendly phone call to confirm our busy schedules.

- Payments -

Here at Cameo, we accept a range of payment options: Cash, Eftpos, Credit card (no surcharge), Barter card.

We also have two different account options for our established clients.

1st - You are able to put goods and services on an account making regular payments closing the balance within 12 weeks.

2nd – A Cameo VIP account allows clients to accumulate credit on an account to which you make continuous payments in accordance with your pay cycle. This allows easy budgeting removing lump sum payments. If your funds are required, they are easily refunded. When your account is in credit the same 12-week-terms-of-credit apply. Extra credit terms are at the discretion of the owner.

- Gift vouchers -

If you received a voucher for a treatment but you'd rather have something else, that's okay! Just ask us when you book in. You can exchange for the same dollar value and fully enjoy the treatment you wanted. Our Vouchers have dates in them to encourage use but do not expire. We will always honour Cameo vouchers but they need to be presented at the time of use.

- Children -

We are a child-friendly clinic and happy to see the faces of your beautiful little ones either in the reception or treatment room! We ask that you provide some form of entertainment to keep them occupied during your treatment time. If you are providing food for your child, we ask that it doesn’t create an explosion of crumbs and can be easily cleaned up.

- Parking -

We are fortunate enough to have free 1-hour parking outside the clinic but are located next to a gym so at peak times it can be a challenge getting a park. Please allow yourself enough time to accommodate this.
